バンクーバーでは雨の日が少しづつ減ってきています！

日本では中国のしゃぶしゃぶと言われている“火鍋”みなさん食べたことありますか？
私は先日、人生初の火鍋をバンクーバーで食べてきました！
バンクーバーで一番活気のある通りロブソンストリートに位置しています。

“火鍋”とはなんだか分からなかったのですが、日本では中国のしゃぶしゃぶと呼ばれているそうです。
中国四川の代表的な食べ物で、牛の油と唐辛子と山椒をベースにして作ったスープの中に、お肉や野菜、海鮮などを入れて食べる鍋料理として知られています。

友達にソースがあるから取りに行こうと言われて行くと…信じられない種類のソースが！！！
パクチー、にんにく、ゴマダレ、醤油、ラー油など数十種類もあり、その他にもフルーツやサイドが用意されていました。ちなみにこちらのフルーツは追加の料金などはありません。

そして私達がオーダーしたのは、牛肉と羊肉のセットです。臭みもなくとても美味しかったです。
片方は辛いスープ、もう片方はトマトのスープをオーダーしましたが、辛さ３に挑戦したところ、
ヒリヒリするほど辛かったです。ですが辛いの大好きな私にとってはGooD！
